Well, that was annoying. And here Bill had hoped he could keep his return discreet for at least a short while before these suckers caught wind. Maybe strike some fear and uncertainty in their naive minds by ominously staring at them through their windows at night, only to duck out of sight when they came over to investigate.  Were their minds playing tricks on them, now that they were back in town? Were they simply paranoid as a result of what happened the year before? Or was there really someone watching them beyond the shadows of the forest? Heck, maybe if his methods were effective enough, Sixer would even start shooting at the trees in a blind panic. Maybe one of the kids would even get caught in the crossfire! Y’know, fun stuff like that.
