It makes me angry when people automatically dismiss the idea of someone being both afab and transfem (or amab and transmasc, if it were to ever happen; I haven't seen any complaints in that area though so that's why I'm not talking about it). Especially when they go on to talk about the "valid" form of intersex transfems, aka those amab. Like. way to show you only listen to someone you could possibly relate to girlie. Maybe learn about the intersex community and intersex experiences as whole? Maybe listen to the intersex bloggers talking about this specific issue?

Because you wouldn't be saying that if you actually knew anything about some peoples intersex experiences. Some aren't afforded ANY gender by society at first, despite being assigned a certain sex at birth. Some are afforded a gender at birth based on genitalia, but then go on to have puberty that is considered to be for the opposite sex, so are reassigned a that opposite sex by parents/doctors/etc. So even if someone was afab in that scenario, they would still have to go through social transition, social dysphoria, physical transition, and physical dysphoria just like perisex transfems. There's probably even more nuance to this situation that I just haven't seen yet, also!!!

both comics are focused on young depressed artists whose entire being, their own nature and their powers, overshadows their art.

people loving Tara (wicdiv) as a god but hating her if she wants them to see beyond her godhood with her songs/poetry vs people fearing Masumi (tpf) as a kaiju-summoning destroyer and praising her creations no matter what even though, by Masumi's own admission, she know no one really cares about her paintings.

eiffel has plenty of faults that i won’t make excuses for (and i like that about him; it makes him more human and more compelling) but i seriously don’t care that he doesn’t want to work. why should he? he knows he’s considered disposable. like, when that actively endangers other people’s lives, sure. okay. but his unwillingness to participate in arcane corporate rituals or follow protocol or feign unearned respect? the extremes he will go to just to goof off and avoid drudge work? he’s ungovernable. he’s making things difficult as a matter of principle. goddard spent millions of dollars sending them up there and he’s going to give himself a stiff neck from cramming himself under a console because he thinks that’ll save him from getting caught sleeping on the job. both sexy and admirable.
