i also truly believe jax did not get that many real genuine attention until the later half of the show. because it was very easy for me to ignore her most episodes and i only started liking her for realsies at 6 or 7

What happened to midnight’s sun? Are they still with midnight?? Or did they get seperated after the plex and forget about each other except for the magical girl part?
oh yea, both sun and moon forgot about each other.
after the plex had burned to the ground, y/n and sun were in really bad condition, leaving only moon to try and find a way out of the mess they had found himself in. He desperately tried to call out to anyone, anyone who could save them from the charred mess of the daycare.....
And his pleas were answered, by the spirits trapped in the pizzeria below the plex. To save the whole crew of the pizzaplex, moon needed to make a sacrifice which would equal to the loss of his friends. So he chose to give up any trace of him they had [pictures,promtional material, memories, really any trace that he existed at all] and to ensure this would stick, he had a curse put on him that would give him headaches or even force a system reboot if he tried to remember [this also why he started using the name 'midnight' instead, but sun just goes by 'sun']
[though since they were all still kids, some of the spirits felt bad for being so harsh to moon, so granted only y/n the ability to remember who moon was in the past]

ALSO THIS! since starfruit is there i think its one of starfruits former band members being interviewed. by what looks like a live tv show host? something akin to a late night talk show? that would mean some of the artificially made objects have made it to main society.
i really wonder how that would turn out . startfruits/the bands whole deal is that they have false memories of being 'real' objects . i wonder how these would clash with public opinion . ex: the band Thinking their well known and famous but in reality these are false memories by mp4 and they arent known at all lol .
also since starfruits in tt's lab and the only objects who have acess to it are circumspect we can assume starfruit is helping them in the new episode.
