First tour on the new skis today! It was awesome. I'm not as fit as I'd like to be and felt a little disappointed that after a whole winter of training I'm still barely keeping up with ben who's been doing very little in the way of endurance training, but... we're different people and I've still come a long way. The tour itself was really nice, we picked an easier one so I could try out my skis and it was actually very nice to not be pushing limits for once 🤣 and just do something pleasant. The ski down was so lovely too. And reaching peaks on skis still always blows my mind.

What would you even name that genre? I'm talking about stuff like "Centerfold," "Ants Marching," "You Can Call Me Al," "Glory Days." That type of vibe. I swear those are the exact type of songs always playing on these things!
I hope someone else relates to this...I feel like this is a shared experience...

Mikaela Shiffrin and Marcel Hirscher win Alpine Ski World Cup.
I Women’s Ranking Shiffrin win with 1773, 2nd place for Wendy Holdener (1168), 3rd Viktoria Rebensburg (977). In men ranking Hirscher achieves the cup with 1620 pts, 2nd Henrik Kristoffersen (1285), 3rd Aksel Lund Svindal (886)
