Happy Tuesday, a scorcher. Red sky in the morning, sailor crank up the air conditioner.
See the neighbor bailed up his weed collection.

Another slightly foggy morning. Yesterday the neighbor cut his hay, which is mostly weeds. I suppose he will bail it up today.
Corn is not exactly knee high by the forth of July. Ankle high is more like it.
Top o' the morning to ya lads and lasses! This is the parking lot of Walmart 6:30 in the morning. If I get there early enough, the only people in the way are those employees who are doing the shopping for others. I was home by 7. I had to get gas before I left town, costing over $4.00 a gallon. 😡
There were a few deer crossing the road on the way to town and it was a streaky kind of fog, which was quite thick when you were in it. Kinda scary, hard to see deer in the fog.

We just had a nice hail storm. No car damage, and I didn't check the roof yet.
Deer alley. Wolf Creek road. People zip through here doing 60 MPH, totally oblivious. It should be marked 40 for this quarter mile. Sometimes, if the carcass is far enough in the field, bald eagles can be seen having lunch. Once when I was walking down the road, there was a dead deer on the side of the road with about 4 vultures on it. I couldn't get my phone out fast enough before they all took off. On my way back there was only one parked on it. I don't think I bothered to take a picture.
