Thai rice noodle salad, recipe courtesy of @allrecipes. I learned a lesson when I made this. I didn't follow the recipe to the T like I would normally, and reviews said to ease up on the sauce. First time cooking rice noodles. And when I finally had the finished product, I wasn't confident about it. But I brought some for my friends to eat, and they loved it. Asked me for the recipe. Even my picky eater husband liked it.
