Anyone else missing Harry? As we come to the end of yet another endless concert-less month, your Themed Weekends team wants you to remember that Harry loves Harries! It’s equally painful for him to not be performing for us right now.  On August 29-30, join @a-butterfly-on-his-tummy for a reminder of the love Harry has to share with #AllTheLove, a collection of hugs and kisses from the man himself. 

How!? All I want to know is how I have a following of 300 lovely people when I myself don’t think I’m that great? I know some like to do giveaways or sim/lot requests, but I am good at neither and not sure anyone would want something from me anyhow. 

Just know that I am grateful for ALL. OF. YOU. who stuck around and continue to follow my mess of a self/blog. <3 You mean SO much to me and I can’t thank you enough. 

i wonder, is there a way -- for me -- to love without turning away or turning toward, without being passionate about it,

just love - like a dead person who can cause no harm, and may yet sustain life from rotting flesh.

is there a way to go beyond the cares and the unabashed selfishness and glorification of this edifice of me, where love tends to be about how good it makes me feel, about my relationships and ownerships, about my property, and my omnivorous tendencies ... where my pathetic existence centers around what i want and should do, and such pettiness.

being human can be such a drag sometimes.

facing an continual onslaught of, the right things to do, say, speak, in favor of or against, to belong to this group (or that), to love this country (or the one next to it), to salute this flag (or the other), to sing this anthem (or that one),

live one sexuality, codify gender and belief into a coherent and easily digestible format,

and do all of this in such a brief existence, wherein we are not even capable of decent love.
