so my doctor prescribed me propranolol for my POTS and holy shit guys it's only been twenty four hours but look at the difference

These are both screenshots of my heart rate on a rest day (which means I did almost the exact same thing all day both days)

White is rest zone, blue is activity zone, red is exertion zone

So before, even laying or sitting on my couch doing nothing, my heart rate lived in the activity zone, only dipping into the rest zone when I was asleep at night
