First appearance on screen is to lay the smackdown on our MC dude (The last surviving royal of a kingdom that got bombed TF out of it), purely on the assumption that the MC dude had some Henious Shit planned for the MC Girl character (Who was isaked into this sitution).
Then, after KO-ing the MC Guy, he brings them both to his headquarters to get healed up. Upon finding out who everyone was and the situation at hand immediately sprung into action to assist MC Guy purely because it;s the most honorable thing to do.
Stands by the MC through thick and fucking thin, find out he did some bangin' on the side, no big deal, everyone seems to be chill with the situation. Technically rebels against his royal liege purely because not doing so would be the greater dishonour.
And through all that not only assists MC Guy in being a better person, but also a better warrior whilst kicking enough ass that it over flowed into an ass kicking factory that required secondary ass kickers.
Is all around just such a chad dude that he gets away with commiting rebellion because the law is basically caught in the gravitational pull of his planet sided, tungsten ballsack, whom the word "chad" is measured up against and found lacking gravitas.
Allen Schezar is not just based. He is the regional manager of the based department, answerable only to the CEO of based and his own impecable moral compass where every direction just reads "based". And in that order of importance, too.
If you ground this man into the finest powder, so fine and so well sifted that even things like love, hate, justice and even morality cease to exist, you will still find traces of being based.
