Spare Change Happiness. 2013. Probably one of my favourite candid shots to date. I was walking through town with my camera just taking photos of people. This car guard was given spare change and the expression on his face was of a certain joy and I couldn't help but shoot. It's the small things.

Laughing Painter. 2013. This guy was laughing and talking with his painting partner and I was just snapping photos while he ignored me. His friend told a joke and I was lucky enough to snap this photo.

It’s amazing what you can come across when you just walk around your city with a camera. What I really like about walking around with my camera is that is forces me to really look at my surroundings. Instead of looking down at my feet or at passing people and cars, I’m able to take notice of my surroundings and more often than not, come across gems like this!
