The name sounds like an amalgamation of two different languages and cultures , a mix of seafood and coffee. I was intrigued, I had to check it out . I took a pit stop at Brewmeen, on a Sunday afternoon enroute to Kochi . It’s easy to find , a slight detour on the NH . This place is practically run by a friendly young couple , who will eagerly share with you about their passion for all things marine and food . Since it was lunch time I ordered the good old kappa and red meen curry . The kappa was soft and guey and sweet too . To balance the flavour was the spicy red fish curry . Since we both are seafood enthusiasts, we tried the nadan prawn roast ,which was fresh , crispy and loaded with shallots . We also had the Nadan fish fry . You must try this place if you love seafood , they offer fresh , nadan preparations of seafood at affordable rates .
