Another delicious dish of Catalan cuisine: sheep ribs with allioli (garlic and oil sauce) 😋

Meat like this is usually cooked on the grill on embers and it's typical from mountain and inland areas of the country. In the Pyrenee mountains, they also make the allioli de codony (quince allioli), mixing boiled quince fruit with the garlic and olive oil.

🍳 Hash brown breakfast - fried egg, stornoway black pudding, streaky bacon and pork link sausage, tomato chutney, white sour dough.

🍔 Halloumi burger - crispy halloumi, bbq sauce, alioli, shallots and leaves

Ingredientes:

-Lomo de bacalao

-Patatas

-Pimienta

-Sal

-Aceite de oliva

-Alioli

-Cebollino (opcional)

Preparación:

Precalentar el horno a 180 ºC. Enharinar el lomo de bacalao y freírlo en un poco de aceite. Ponerlo en una fuente para horno y ponerle el alioli por encima, hornear hasta que el alioli se haya gratinado. Mientras tanto, pelamos y cortamos las patatas y las ponemos en el microondas con sal, aceite y pimienta. Poner en el microondas 6 minutos. ¡Cuidado que quema! Decorar con un poco de cebollino cortado si se desea.
