Another delicious dish of Catalan cuisine: sheep ribs with allioli (garlic and oil sauce) 😋
Meat like this is usually cooked on the grill on embers and it's typical from mountain and inland areas of the country. In the Pyrenee mountains, they also make the allioli de codony (quince allioli), mixing boiled quince fruit with the garlic and olive oil.
