Bloodlines Indigo - GHB

Digital art of the Grand Highblood, Gamzee's ancestor from the webcomic Homestuck; he is seated on a throne, snarling, and gesticulating with one hand while wielding a juggling club in the other. He is a gigantic, top-heavy troll; here depicted in a buglike, xeno style that segments his limbs and gives him a long toothy muzzle. The moody purple colour of the majority of the piece accentuates the golden shine of his long back-swept spiralling horns; on his prominent dentition - sabertooth canines and outswept flattened tusks jutting up out of his mouth from both top and bottom jaw; the gold continues on the razer-sharp scything claws on each of four digits on per hand and two per foot.

The Grand Highblood for the Makara edition of the Homestuck Bloodlines Zine. I based his teeth off of a combination of musk deer and warthogs. He was fun but tricky to do; I am not quite fluent in Blender, especially posing and the fancy modifiers and math and whatever, which was instrumental in this piece. With any luck I will be able to remember how I modelled his horns, since that will be a very useful skill in the future. It involved 3 parts, IIRC: modelling a small trisection, using a curved line to indicate the general horn curve and having the section repeat along it, and applying a spiral. There must have been a taper function used as well, I think that might also have been a curve? Looks like I have forgotten it all already! Oh well, I will simply have to re-learn it next time!! You can find the edition here. Bloodlines also has a caard, a tumblr, a twitter, and you can find the other editions at the itch.io You can also find me at tumblr deviantArt FurAffinity and Patreon.

Can I ask about a relationship between a Virgo woman and Taurus man. She is a rising Pisces(29.50, cusping Aries) with a Sagittarius moon, Mars in Capricorn, and he is a Sagittarius rising with a Libra moon, and his Venus in Aries.
For sun to sun:
Taurus and Virgo are a great compatibility! You guys have a lot of things in common and have similar lifestyles and ways of thinking. Both signs are ruled by logic and reason. They both might enjoy activities together like taking walks or gardening. You both are also very hardworking signs because you appreciate and have a desire for nice things in life. However, these two will have to take care to not let their work come before their relationship.
Taurus is a fixed sign, and although Virgo is a mutable sign, you both can be quite stubborn and stuck in your ways. In addition to this, I will say that if drama ensues in this relationship, you two will have to learn to communicate in a way that doesn’t involve anger or else things could go bad very quickly. Both signs will have to learn to be open to other’s ideas and suggestions. Listening and being honest are very important in this relationship.
The last thing I will warn is that Virgo may have a low tolerance for Taurus’s self-pitying tendencies. Virgo typically doesn’t show weakness and they don’t believe in wallowing in their pain either. Taurus may find it difficult to connect with Virgo emotionally because of this.
Despite the difficult aspects, the odds are in the favor of these earth signs. Taurus’s affectionate nature can help soothe Virgo’s nervous nature, while Virgo can provide Taurus with much needed insight. This could be a very comfortable relationship.
I wish I knew both Venus and both mars signs :/
But as previously stated, as far as the suns go, it’s a really good match!
The Taurus has a lovely temperament, and depending on house placements, makes a very lovely socialite because of their ability to make people feel comfortable. However, there still may be a selfish side to the Taurus that really turns the Virgo off.
However, the Virgo may have a bit of a temper that the Taurus actually finds startling. Although I’m unsure of mercury signs, I think this is something that can be worked out through good communication—if the Virgo is willing to open up!

I have my Saturn in Sagittarius in the 8th house which is in Scorpio(Pisces rising.) I wanted to know more about this. Thank you. My sun is in Virgo, Moon in Sagittarius.
Saturn in Sagittarius means you need to loosen up. You also take great pride in your intellectual abilities which means you are very sensitive to anyone who questions your intellect. You take great pride in your beliefs and are very serious about them. Putting this placement in the 8th house which is the house of sex, others’ assets, the after-life and the occult means you need to loosen up about these things. You may feel inhibited when it comes to sex, you might have an intense fear of the after-life or the occult, This gives you great responsibility in the affairs of others. This placement also indicates that you have a fear of change but you must embrace it in order to grow.
