i see where they were going with this, knowing that it was based on stolen ideas from Ridley Scott, because the parallels with Alien: Earth are definitely there. but the way Whedon and the director interpreted it was so far from good that it’s wild that they even made this movie. shout out to mommy monster Ripley though, that was a fun twist

the scene where the alien-human hybrid creature gets vacuumed out the hole into space made me hysterical i was overwhelmed with emotions lmao
