As I said, her hair I think is milk silk so probably is an after market situation where they had a bunch of bald heads and rooted hair onto them to finish them. But the makeup looks original. It's really nicely done and the vinyl feels good. it's thicker than a barbie head but still has a teensy bit of squish to it. No markings at all on the back of her head or in her hair line, nor any on the inner seam inside her head (which vintage barbies sometimes did) She has earring holes too.
