Quick story: Back in the 80s I remember leaving my purple Jeff Kendall Pumpkin skateboard outside to grab a juice box, and it got stolen in a matter of seconds. I suspected who did it, so I marched right over to his house, and the coward didn’t even answer the door. His mommy did, and when I told her what happened, she let me into his room to check if the board was there. Idk how, but this motherfucker had already taken it apart, wheels, and trucks scattered across his disgustingly crusty carpeted floor. To make a long story short, that weekend she took me to the skate shop and bought me the setup I really wanted: a Tony Hawk Birdhouse deck, trucks, wheels, grip tape, the works! 😜 Credit: Beansricetaco • • • • •
