Journey Into the Mind of Sinister

After an ill-fated psychic battle between Emma Frost and Mister Sinister, the former (Emma) finds herself wearing the Victorian dress and she is trapped inside the mindscape full of decaying Victorian decorations. As Emma continues to explore, she finds the little boy who looks like a younger version of Mister Sinister. Just before Little Sinister could invite Emma to join him, they get interrupted by Alejandro Luna who comes into the mindscape, dressed up in Victorian clothes. Emma scolds Alejandro for doing an unnecessary sacrifice as she insists that she could help herself out of the mindscape. However, Little Sinister interrupts them and forces Emma and Alexandro to forced to sit through the birthday party meant for him.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Chicago X-Men - Shadowcat, Iceman, Bronze and Melee monitor the sleeping Alejandro and the unconscious Emma Frost in Sinister's lab. It turns out that even though Alejandro had been rescued from Mister Sinister's clutches, he volunteers to do the mind experiment so that he could bring Emma back to the real world. Suddenly, the X-Men are interrupted by sabretoothed wolf-like creatures which seem to be animal clones of Sabretooth and they were released from the lab's security protocols. The X-Men try to fend off the Sabretooth Wolves but there are too many of them.

Back to the mindscape, Emma and Alejandro are bored of Little Sinister's birthday party but they cannot leave because Little Sinister is threatening them with knives and other sorts of weapons. Alejandro figures out that he could try to distract Little Sinister by taking out his favorite childhood toy from the pile of birthday presents. As Alejandro orders Sinister to go to sleep, he and Emma were allowed to leave the mindscape. Then, Alejandro wakes up in the lab where he sees his friends and the X-Men are trying to fend off the Sabretooth Wolves. Alejandro manages to stop the creatures by scolding and shooing them away. Much to the X-Men's relief, Emma has woken up from her coma/unconsciousness. Unfortunately for them, Mister Sinister woke up from his sleep and starts to do his usual gloating. The X-Men had enough of Sinister's bullshit that Bronze throws him to the wall.
