i absolutely hate drawing hands and eyes. not my strong suit, but I managed.

everything on luke is done in watercolor brush pens - except his skin, because i didn’t have ANYTHING for skin tone in my brush pen arsenal. so i made do with a colored pencil.

and obviously he was raised by his aunt Sola and Co. on Naboo, so he uses their name and (of course) keeps his birth name underwraps.

Luke’s red face paint is obviously a nod to Padmé, and I chose the blue-green face paint as a nod to Queen Apailana, who was assassinated for harboring Jedi survivors from Order 66. I feel like Luke would choose to mimic her face paint as silent rebellion lol.

The flowers on his cape are millaflowers btw. shiny, silver millaflowers.

This is Cherryfur from @alollinglaughingcat and my Burning Thistles fanfic, sister of Longtail!

We were talking about the sexualities of the characters and I was stumped on Cherryfur.

She didn't strike me as straight, but also not lesbian. Bi, pan, and omni all kinda fit but nothing was screaming CHERRYFUR to me.

Then I found Abrosexual.

And this one screamed CHERRYFUR

Abrosexual people shift from sexuality to sexuality daily, every other day, ect.

In Cherryfur's case, she flits between hetero and lesbian, but never OUTRIGHT identifies as them

Here's my drawing of Luke! I actually started drawing this when my immediate family and I went out to eat on my birthday (April 2nd) and, as you can see in the pic, I finished it 2 weeks later.

Long story short, this is a drawing I made of a little training session in a fic that me and my co author @alollinglaughingcat and I are collaborating on called Burning Thistles! Check it out, we’re loving writing it!
