Having a healthy balance is what I am striving for, and I can say with confidence that I have been successfully working toward it. It's been a bit of a rocky road, but without those challenging times, I wouldn't have been able to learn from it and improve. First family meal since 2019 and I allowed myself to eat what I wanted and not to feel guilty about not eating too healthy.
