As sad as we all were to see Jennifer leave at the end of the season 6 episode JJ along with the rest of the team, little did we know that Aaron’s statement about how he would find a way to get her back would come true at the end of the season in a completely unexpected way. We also had no idea that we would find out the truth about why she left until three seasons later in the episode 200 which shed light on what she was up to in the time she was away from them and working for the State Department while the others were busy solving cases and putting unsubs in prison where they belonged. AJ’s acting really shined through in 200 because the episode was basically all about Jennifer. I loved her acting in that episode and the whole series in particular especially the very first episode we saw her which was the second episode of the series Compulsion. All of those questions that Jennifer asked Jason, Aaron, Derek, Spencer, David, Elle, and Emily about unsubs when they were on their jet as the media liaison and communications coordinator really paved off as she eventually became a full time profiler just like them. That experience for her really paid off and helped her become a profiler. #criminalmindscbs #criminalminds #criminalmindsfan #jenniferjareau #ajcook https://www.instagram.com/p/CfNQdO3scrvmyb2jePac0DAObAlTHDv_X-T55s0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
