Ain't are a London, England based quintet that sound of their time. I can really hear the influence of both Dry Cleaning and Horsegirl. This is guitar-centered post-punk that is loud while still retaining a clear melody.
But, like many other current bands there's an undeniable nod to the 1990s guitar sound - think Love As Laughter. And while Sea Scouts was in the late 90s, their amazing song "Word As A Weapon" came on my Bandcamp player - Ain't remind me of a similar vibe.
"Oar/Teething" is being released by London based label Fear of Missing Out Records.
