Unlocking ERP Value on the Ground: What 2 Odoo Academy Trainings Taught Me About User Adoption and Market Expansion
In parallel with coaching C-level executives in Ho Chi Minh City and guiding agile delivery for cross-border ventures, I recently set out to explore the evolving ERP landscape across the Lake Geneva region and Lyon this January.
To get a genuine feel for how modern, modular #ERPs are penetrating the local ecosystem, I attended two #Odoo Academy full-day sessions: one at the Mövenpick Geneva and another at Novotel Lyon Confluence.

Networking Across Geneva & Lyon: Meeting local entrepreneurs and consultants across both sides of the border was a fantastic way to gauge market readiness for digital transformation in Switzerland and France.
