How to tell someone about your regression?
First I want to say that you don't have to tell anyone about your regression. It doesn't make you any less valid. Your regression is special to you and you shouldn't feel pressured to tell anyone.
You want to make sure you are safe when telling the person/people you want to tell.
Maybe ask them if they have heard about it and whats their opinion is on it.
Think of a plan on how you want to bring it up to them. this could be face to face, over the phone, through a letter, or any way you feel most comfortable.
Make sure you have a good way to explain what age regression is. Explain how it isn't anything gross or sexual. Explain what it means to you and why you regress(of course if you are comfortable)
Once you explain to them maybe give them some sources to do some of their own research.
