Colorado Striped Sweat Bee Agapostemon coloradinus
A bee found in the southern Rocky Mountains of the United States. As a species inhabiting prairies, it has undoubtedly declined in the portion of the range overlapping prairie ecosystems since 1900 due to the large-scale conversion of prairies to agricultural lands.
