To go along with my theory that because Nagito basically raised himself he is super weird, and like some basic things he does in bizzare fashions, Chiaki will NOT be the one to inquire his behaviors. He put lard in the milkshakes? Hm. Tastes kinda funny. Odd ritualistic behaviors towards most activities. Thats Nagito for you.
Izuru won't say anything either, he finds it mildly endearing and more importantly, a bit funny.
jade is the guard who always lies and floyd is the guard who always tells the truth.
obvious pattern of jade's lies aside (asking others to try on items for his amusement under the false premise, fabricating stories and adding misleading details in them, intentionally exaggerating his reactions etc), there is also a difference in how the twins threaten: jade frequently implies that something will happen (e. g. you are going to hurt yourself in your haste; divorcing his actions from their consequences by mentioning the effect the tea will have), floyd says outright that he will hurt you (e. g. keep that up and i will squeeze you silly, i'm gonna get you back).
although to an outsider unfamiliar with floyd's speech it might seem that he is concealing something, to those who know him it's always very obvious what he means. he isn't hiding anything when he says "squeeze" instead "hurt". he is simply using a familiar threat. he isn't misleading or playing with meaning when he bestows his nicknames either: his speech reads as confusing to us, but to him it's directly representative of how he perceives reality. in a way it's more honest than calling people by name (especially doing so as politely as jade does). it conveys truthful feelings.
compare their unique magic: jade's "don't be so afraid, i want to help you" (lying about intentions) and floyd's "there's a nice mood goin' on, but i think i'll interrupt" (truthful about intentions). then there's an interesting subversion in the effects: jade's um reveals, floyd's um deflects/redirects.

Daredevil: "Wade, Peter, there’s some suspicious activity over in Queens, could you go check it out while we stay here and keep an eye on the docks ?" Spider-Man: "On it, Mister Matt !" Deadpool: "Anything you say, my dear Devil ! Ready to hitch a web-ride !" Punisher: "… Red, there is no suspicious activity in Queens." Daredevil: "I know. I needed to have a serious talk with you, just the two of us." Punisher: "O-kay." Daredevil: "First off, I wanted to say that what happened must have been hard for you, and I’m sorry." Punisher: "…T hanks." Daredevil: "Now, hurt my kid again, intentionally or not, and I’ll kill you, just like I probably should have killed Bullseye." Punisher: "Fair."
