Comment est-ce que jâai créé une Formation de Yoga AĂ©rien
Toutes les bonnes histoires commencent avec une touche personnelle. La mienne, câest une aventure inhabituelle, nomade, crĂ©ative et parfois compliquĂ©e. Mais mĂȘme si elle peut vous paraĂźtre exagĂ©rĂ©e, folle, inventĂ©e: elle est complĂštement vĂ©ritable.
Je mâappelle Rosa Aguilera, et je suis nĂ©e il y Ă 43 ans Ă Seville. Si quelquâun avait prĂ©dit Ă mes parents toutes les pĂ©ripĂ©ties de leur future fille, ils nâen auraient pas cru un seul mot. Je viens dâune famille assez modeste, et mes gĂ©niteurs (un couple de fonctionnaires rĂȘveurs et inexperts) se sont sĂ©parĂ©s quand jâavais 4 ans. Plus ou moins Ă ce moment, jâai commencĂ© Ă me suspendre Ă toutes les barres, arbres ou aires de jeux disponible. Jâai soldĂ© mes premiĂšres expĂ©riences aĂ©riennes par des cicatrices et des dents cassĂ©s.
AprĂšs un baccalaurĂ©at en Beaux Arts et quelques annĂ©es de théùtre amateur, jâai quittĂ© SĂ©ville Ă 19 ans, pour emmĂ©nager seule Ă Barcelone. Je suis rentrĂ©e dans une Ă©cole de ScĂ©nographie en 2000 et dĂ©couvert le cirque. Je nâavais pas vraiment les moyens ni pour Ă©tudier ni pour vivre dans une grande ville : jâai bientĂŽt commencĂ© Ă chercher une voie alternative et jâai fini par vivre en squat.
Mon premier cours de trapĂšze, dans un centre social « okupa » Ă©tait la dĂ©couverte de deux des passions de ma vie. Dâune part, lâagréé que jâavais recherchĂ© depuis mon enfance. Dâune autre, lâenseignement. Un bel acrobate argentin mâavait aidĂ© Ă monter sur cette drĂŽle de balançoire. Je ne voulais plus en descendre⊠Mais je nâavais aucune technique ! Pour apprendre, jâai dĂ©cidĂ© de construire mon propre trapĂšze: souder les Ă©lĂ©ments Ă la barre, tresser les cordes, faire des accroches dans le plafond de mon couloir. Oui : jâai commencĂ© par du DIY.
En 2002 jâai encore changĂ© de ville, pour Ă©tudier dans une Ă©cole de théùtre physique Ă Bilbao. Jâai dĂ©couvert le tissu aĂ©rien, et commencĂ© Ă mâentrainer en acrobatie et aĂ©riens 4 fois par semaine, en plus de mes cours. DĂ©cidĂ©e Ă joindre une Ă©cole de cirque, en 2004 jâai vu mes rĂȘves sâeffondrer : Un accident de la route mâa obligĂ©e Ă passer plus de 6 mois alitĂ©e et tout recommencer Ă zĂ©ro.
Avec mes 24 ans, je n'avais plus dâespoir dâĂȘtre acceptĂ©e dans une Ă©cole professionnelle en Europe. Jâavais une bourse dâĂ©tudes pour lâInde, et je suis partie pour cette raison fin 2004 Ă Kerala OĂč jâai fini par hasard Ă faire une premiĂšre formation en Hatha Yoga qui mâa convaincue de mes possibilitĂ©s de reprendre le mouvement.
Jâai ensuite migrĂ© en Argentine en 2005 pour suivre des cours au Club de TrapĂ©zistes Estrella del Centenario. Ensuite je suis acceptĂ©e Ă lâĂ©cole de cirque de Rio de Janeiro. Pour vivre, jâai jouĂ© dans les rues de la moitiĂ© du continent sud amĂ©ricain. En 2007 jâai commencĂ© Ă travailler en tant quâacrobate aĂ©rienne avec plusieurs compagnies en Espagne (Kukubiltxo, La Fura dels Baus, DĂ©ambulants, Circo Delicia). Jâai encore fait une spĂ©cialisation en Ă©cole de cirque,Ă la Flic Circo Scuola Ă Turin en 2012. Jâai Ă©galement donnĂ© des cours de cirque et théùtre en Europe, au Perou, en RĂ©p. Dominicaine, et dans dâautres pays. Depuis 2009 jâai suivi plusieurs formations de Rigging ( Irata niveau 1, Installation dâagréés de cirque avec Fill the Block Ă Barcelone, et une formation de cordiste).
Oui, mais le Yoga AĂ©rien, quand est-ce quâil arrive dans lâhistoire?
AprĂšs avoir vĂ©cu et travaillĂ© en Suisse et en Italie, je suis arrivĂ©e en France en 2013 pour un DESU en Arts de la rue Ă lâĂ©cole FAIAR et avec lâUniversitĂ© dâAix en Provence. Mon projet Ă©tait basĂ© sur lâexpĂ©rimentation avec les agrĂšs de cirque pour une Ă©criture contemporaine des arts de la rue.
Jâai commencĂ© Ă explorer avec des tissus en forme de hamac. Et jâai adorĂ© cette version (que jâavais souvent dĂ©jĂ utilisĂ© pour des Ă©vĂ©nements). En 2015, jâai ressenti le besoin de mâĂ©carter du spectacle pour me dĂ©dier Ă la pĂ©dagogie. Je me suis Ă nouveau formĂ©e en Yoga: 600 h de Ashtanga et Vinyasa, et ensuite des spĂ©cialisations en Yin, Yoga PrĂ©natal, Yoga Sensible au Trauma, Histoire et PhilosophieâŠ
En 2016 jâai commencĂ© Ă vivre de mon activitĂ© de professeur Ă plein temps. Et en 2017 jâai créé une association, qui se transforme en 2018 en dâĂ©cole de yoga.
Les étapes de la création de ma formation:
Mon école Yoga du Sud à commencé a proposer des formations de professeurs de yoga et des spécialisations depuis 2018, et a ouvert son siÚge en 2019.
La premiĂšre Ă©tape, câĂ©tait de crĂ©er un programme pĂ©dagogique qui pouvait permettre Ă des personnes avec 1 an dâexpĂ©rience ( ce que jâai identifiĂ© comment le minimum), dâenseigner des cours Ă un public dĂ©butant. Jâai constituĂ© des modules de 2 h autour des sujets que je trouve les plus importants: technique, anatomie, accroches, pĂ©dagogie, sĂ©quences, enseignement avec publique externe, crĂ©ation, aspects professionnels.
Avec une structure issue de mes annĂ©es de cirque, danse, théùtre et yoga; jâai voulu concentrer tous les contenus en 50h de training. Ce programme destinĂ© Ă des profs de yoga accrĂ©ditĂ©s 200h, et Ă des danseurs, artistes de cirque et sportifs; est accrĂ©ditĂ© YACEP Yoga Alliance. Cette certification est possible puisque je suis professeur accrĂ©ditĂ©e ERYT 500 avec des annĂ©es dâexpĂ©rience.
La deuxiĂšme Ă©tape Ă©tait de trouver un lieu adaptĂ© Ă recevoir la formation. Ce lieu nâexistait pas, et jâai donc du installer moi mĂȘme les accroches, jâai achetĂ© du tissu de cirque aĂ©rien, des sangles et des mousquetons; pour crĂ©er un modĂšle de hamac plus adaptĂ© au dynamisme.
Ce modĂšle, plus petit que les hamacs de 5x3 mĂštres, donne dâautres possibilitĂ©s. Actuellement je travaille avec les deux types de hamac que je combine selon les diffĂ©rents cours.
Jâai donc installĂ© des hamacs dans 4 lieux diffĂ©rents sur Aix et Marseille, inclus mon propre studio qui a du fermer ses portes aprĂšs la crise du COVID.
Les difficultĂ©s que jâai retrouvĂ© pour dĂ©marrer et continuer mon activitĂ© nâĂ©taient pas seulement reliĂ©es Ă trouver des lieux; mais aussi Ă pouvoir maintenir les trainings en prĂ©sence. Dans mon deuxiĂšme training, le confinement sâest fait en pleine formation et nous avons fini les pratiques sans public externe.
Une autre difficultĂ© ajoutĂ©e Ă©tait lâhygiĂšne des hamacs. Jâai donc pris la dĂ©cision de laver Ă chaque cours les tissus pour Ă©viter toute possibilitĂ© de contagion, de destiner des hamacs Ă usage individuel et inviter les pratiquants rĂ©currents et les profs en formation Ă porter leur propre hamac.
La troisiĂšme Ă©tape Ă Ă©tĂ© de continuer les formations sans avoir de studio fixe: retour Ă la base. La foi, Ă©tait plus que nĂ©cessaire pour tenir le coup aprĂšs avoir fermĂ© les portes de mon Ă©cole physique. Jâai donc de nouveau investi des lieux: une salle de coworking, et une Ă©cole de danse ont accueilli les promos 3 et 4.
Ma premiĂšre formation de Yoga AĂ©rien en 2019 Ă©tait destinĂ©e Ă un groupe de 5 personnes. Les promos suivantes nâont jamais dĂ©passĂ© les 6 profs. Jâai pris cette condition comme une opportunitĂ© de me dĂ©dier Ă lâenseignement personnalisĂ©. Mais jâai du faire le choix de ne pas faire appel Ă dâautres profs dans mon Ă©quipe puisque le budget sâest rĂ©duit Ă©galement.
Ce que jâaurais aimĂ© savoir ou mes conseils pour toi qui veut crĂ©er une formation:
Le Yoga AĂ©rien est une discipline trĂšs innovante et Ă beaucoup de possibilitĂ©s. Il y a donc la place pour tout le monde, et ce nâest pas encore trop dĂ©veloppĂ©. Mais les Yogis, les AĂ©rialistes et parfois le public en gĂ©nĂ©ral trouvent le Yoga Aerien trop ou pas assez⊠ce nâest ni du Yoga, ni du Cirque, ni un sport et câest pas de la danse.
Je connais pas mal de professeurs qui nâont pas approfondi et qui dĂ©sirent immĂ©diatement donner des cours et mĂȘme crĂ©er des formations. Sans aucun jugement: je trouve nĂ©cessaire prendre le temps dâavoir assez dâexpĂ©rience, de trouver son style, de se construire en tant que professionnel avant de guider les autres.
Une apprĂ©ciation (personnelle) que jâai sur le panorama du Yoga AĂ©rien en 2022 est que ca ne peut pas ĂȘtre seulement une pratique commerciale. Les aspects techniques ( de sĂ©curitĂ© par exemple) ne peuvent pas ĂȘtre pris Ă la lĂ©gĂšre. Et il faut avoir beaucoup de ressources et de confiance en soi pour faire face aux inconvĂ©nients.
MĂȘme si sur le papier un Bussines plan peut paraĂźtre convainquant, les circonstances externes ( comme la pandĂ©mie dans le cas de mon studio) viendront Ă©prouver la foi des entrepreneurs.
Sâentourer des bonnes personnes et choisir ses partenaires est trĂšs important.
Jâaime prendre le temps de faire les choses bien. Jâavais lâintention de publier mon manuel dĂ©but 2022. Mais des circonstances personnelles ont bloquĂ© mon planning. La rĂ©silience et la patience accompagnĂ©es dâun focus sur les objectifs dĂ©tachĂ© des rĂ©sultats sont des bons amis dans le cas dâimprĂ©vus.
Ma vision du Yoga Aérien:
Jâai trouvĂ© dans le Yoga AĂ©rien une façon de traiter le corps avec amour, conscience, responsabilitĂ©, douceur, exigence. Le hamac est un outil versatile autant pour du Vinyasa AĂ©rien, des cours de Yin, du PrĂ©natal, que pour les enfants. Le hamac nous permet de dĂ©passer la peur au vide, de lâinversion et de la chute, de façon sĂ©curisĂ©e et ludique.
Le tissu est une membrane qui nous apporte contacte, sĂ©curitĂ© et intimitĂ©: certains profs et thĂ©rapeutes lâutilisent avec des enfants autistes et pour amĂ©liorer la kinesthĂ©sie et le mouvement. Le hamac est le symbole direct de lâutĂ©rus et lâĂ©tape prĂ©alable Ă la naissance. Un lieu de rĂȘve et de protection.
Et si vous connaissez lâAmĂ©rique centrale et du sud: le hamac est la façon de dormir Ă lâĂ©cart des insectes et animaux terrestres par excellence.
Jâai donc crĂ©e mon Ă©cole avec une vision solide, artistique, rĂ©flĂ©chie et non commerciale des arts du yoga et du cirque. Je dĂ©veloppe aujourdâhui un manuel et un jeu de cartes sur le yoga aĂ©rien, jâai formĂ© dĂ©jĂ 4 promotions de professeurs dont je suis fiĂšre.
Dans mon training, les aspects techniques, crĂ©atifs, le mouvement et le yoga, se marient avec une pĂ©dagogie unique: sans branding ni marques, je crois Ă lâĂ©tincelle que chaque professeur et aĂ©rialiste peut apporter Ă cette nouvelle mĂ©thode.
Mes cours et ateliers de Yoga AĂ©rien combinent le Vinyasa Yoga avec des enchainements dansĂ©s au rythme de la musique, des pranayamas (exercices dâĂ©nergie, de respiration) et des mĂ©ditations dans le hamac en fin de sĂ©ance. Sans oublier la crĂ©ativitĂ© et lâart: des cours avec musique en direct, des moments dâimprovisation guidĂ©s par les Ă©motions et du massage Thai sont parfois prĂ©sents dans mon enseignement.
Je voudrais conclure avec le constat de que, avant tout, enseigner câest accompagner et prendre en charge ce partage vĂ©ritable avec dâautres personnes. Une façon durable de continuer Ă vivre et transmettre ma passion pour lâart et la communication en dehors des scĂšnes.
