Save the earth Saturdays Skipped last month cause we were all busy with work. Finally managed to align our schedules to clean up the beach. This time we hit Pasir ris park beach! Cleared 60kg worth of plastic bottles, bags, straws, packaging, Styrofoam, slippers, diapers, toys, and rope. Quite a number of groups from the EastCoastBeachPlan telegram group are moving their clean up location to Pasir ris from the call of fellow environmentalists. Thorn amongst the roses Thursdays Throwback to my first wreath making workshop with the talented and patient @flowersbyroxierose With her methodology of making a wreath. I finished mine in such a short span of time. With her help of course along the way. With materials ready like the frame, cutters, wires and of course the fresh plants. Just a simple brief and we went about with our creations. Each of us had a different way we wanted it to turn out. I love mine, simple and hints of mild colours when you look deeper. Who can say no to desserts Wednesdays Good food and great company. Thankful to finally have our schedules meet to makan together. Where 2 or 3 are gathered in my name Wednesdays God is always with us. Thankful for this little community to that sets aside time to reflect upon the Gospel of the Sunday. Unfortunately Mass is only allowed once a month in Church and despite the availability online weekly for Sunday Mass and daily for the daily Mass. The gathering of community as just they did in the early Church, is still important today. Reflecting the Gospel and then having a meal.
