Walking slowly to admire a bush of flowers, trailing your fingers along the wheatgrass, feeling the prickles of rain down your cheeks

Hearing the crunch of dried leaves beneath your boots, squinting your eyes at the shine of golden day's light, hearing the early birds sing their calls

Oh what a privilege indeed, to stop and admire, to feel the wonders of being alive
