Since the original game especially butchered the female uniforms, I really had no choice. If you're not satisfied, making it yourself is one way to go.
I adjusted the overall silhouette and swapped it with a skirt. As you probably already know, men's and women's clothes button on opposite sides. I had to reflect that. I had already modified the outfit mesh last month, and while the weights aren't perfect, it works fine for basic posing anyway.
Although it's not an official KGB uniform, I tried to craft it to fit female military uniforms.
For male Bell, you can just put him in the same uniform as Adler. But for females, there are proper uniform regulations to consider.
I wanted to make a beret too, but I didn't bother... I just threw on a random existing beret instead.
