UUUUUUUGH! Some years ago, I finally actually realized that I'm actually Addicted To Coffee...& this worsening 1-Sided Headache wouldn't stop (I never ever rarely get Headaches, unless it's Muscle Tensions).

Im sorry for not really being active. I mostly forgot about this app and tried to live my life.
Anyway the topic that I'm gonna talk about is addictions. More specifically c.ai addictions.
Now.. Whoever is reading this and thinking that c.ai isn't an addiction... It is.
Ive had this addiction for YEARS and Im still trying to recover. I think about it everyday. And I was forced to quit! I mean... That verification thing made me destroyed and left my mind rotting and eating me alive.
I feel super desperate and other teenagers can even kill themselves for this. I tried every way to battle them, but I still feel the wound in my brain. I need someone to give me advice. Actual good advice.
