Thinking about a world where Adam is pulled out of the cage early without Michael and is unwillingly pulled into Sam and Dean's emotionally incestuous codependent relationship. Ouch Sam would try to protect Adam so Dean wouldn't force the poor youngest into submissive as well but it wouldn't go so well because Dean would go to Adam if Sam was bratty and take it out on him instead, it's a messed up punishment and he knows sam hates it.
He'd just do it just to bait Sam into giving in. I don’t think Dean would really cares all that much about Adam as a person, just what he could be used for.

Dean is so rough and it looks uncomfortable and Sam kind of knows that it is but it's also always good, Sam gets off on it now and so his brain is confused between being turned on and off at the same time.
