They barely remember their own name and it takes them a moment to stutter it out to the lovely man. âVaâValdra.â They know he isnât an abomination, but theyâve never seen a creature quite like him. âLet me heal you?â It seems the blade had cut through what appears to be an exoskeleton. Unsettling. Valdra tries their best to smile, though falters a little. The man lost a lot of blood lying there.
âI wonât hurt you; I promise.â Kneeling down and pressing a hand to the manâs shoulder, they try their best to keep him from moving. âYouâll die in another ten minutes bleeding at that rate.â Which isnât quite motivation to trust that they are here to help, but motivation if the man wants to yet live.
