st valentine is the patron saint of epilepsy everyone give me $20
Epilepsy is so shit to have but in being so shit it’s allowed us to form a strong community of support and I work so hard to be happier about that than sad about the disability
I seized and feel like shit send me stuff
For anyone who needs ideas ig
Kinstuff (dragon, canine/werewolf/Irish wolfhound), Warrior cats, Animorphs, CotL, literally anything animal related
I'm sick and tired of being told epilepsy is not a disability. Until you've peed yourself in the middle of a shopping centre whilst everybody stares at you, and there is nothing you can do. Keep your opinions to yourself.

For some reason it’s gotten worse lately so i wanna share it:
This is one of the most annoying things abt having epilepsy
I genuinely will just be chilling and a single white flash will just Happen like barely out of view. No matter if I’m in bright light or total darkness. It pisses me off so bad.
Does anyone else who deals seizures hide it from loved ones when you feel one coming but also know it's likely not to come to anything?
Yes
No

Okay so I know people get weak and sick feeling after they seize, but does anyone else get emotional?
I always suddenly get emotional?
Like. "Hey, can you get/do X for me?" Recently seized, still shaky, nauseous, obviously can't do anything. Immediately starts tearing up and/or crying and apologizing.
