Farbiotec is made up of a sector of specialized workers such as biologists, biochemists, chemists, microbiologist engineers, pharmacists, doctors, physicists, etc., who love science and bring great health benefits.
The success of this company is due to the communication plan that exists in this place.
1.-OPERATIONAL DIMENSION: It is important that all staff are aware of their place in the company and their duties so that their development is complete and satisfactory and to achieve this there are training courses, as well as manuals according to the area in which they will be hired
2.- STRATEGIC DIMENSION: We are a team of specialists who love science and technology, so Farbiotec's objective is to conduct research and production of highly effective and safe medicines for the general population and one of our goals is to improve the lives of people around the world by providing new medicines that attack the specific disease without damaging other organs.

Communication Plan The 6 dimensions
My friends and I invented a company named Mc Lovin Motors, for our entrepreneurship class. It is a car dealer and producer company. My communication plan is based in this project.
1.- Operational dimension:
When we are hiring people, it is important that we give them their place of work. With the help of an area coordinator, he should learn how the company is run and its origins, including its mission, vision and values. The candidate will be given a tour and explanation, in addition to courses to know how to do their job in the most effective way possible.
2.- Strategic dimension:
As they do their jobs, employees will constantly be reminded of the goals to meet in a way that encourages them to work better. They will be provided with the necessary information to meet these objectives and any questions they have in this regard can be made to anyone.
3.- Cultural dimension:
Before starting, the work rules will be given to employees so that they can follow and understand them. Whenever they have questions about their work, they will be assisted and supported. The company seeks that all employees have a comfortable work space, so they will be included in the decisions and events of the company and will always be considered. Finally, despite the mistakes they make, they will never be scolded; they will simply be taught how to avoid mistakes and learn from them.
4.- Motivational dimension:
To keep production and performance high, employees will be motivated to work. Every time a great achievement is obtained, the workers involved will be rewarded. Good work will always be recognized in the company by giving bonuses or allowing them to level up within the company. There will also be spaces so that during their rest hours, they can talk with their colleagues and relax a little from work, making them feel comfortable in the company.
5.- Feedback dimension:
From time to time, the work of the employees will be evaluated and based on their numbers and performance; they will be given feedback so that they can see spaces for improvement. Also with the help of their co-workers and superiors, employees will be able to ask for support to improve.
6.- Proposal dimension:
Finally, to maintain good communication within the company, employees and managers will have meetings in which the results of a period of time will be analyzed. Within this analysis, opinions and points of view will be asked to improve and continue to grow as a single organism. All ideas will be taken into account without discriminating anyone. We will also have boxes where weekly you can put suggestions about the workspace and the activities carried out within the company.
In this way we hope that employees feel more involved and see how important they are to us.

Module 4: Sign Seeker
Bien, the filmâs main character, finds himself crushing hard on his co-worker Kacey and his colleague suggests he ask her out. Although doubtful, he quietly asks for signs to guide his decision to push through with it. He wakes up before his 6:03 am alarm, already fulfilling the first sign but convinces himself it is purely coincidental. Lacey (1998) calls associations of signs to their meanings as paradigms, and the latter is symbolic because numbers are learned culturally. Next, the strawberry-flavored yogurt handed to him is indexical, since the image of the fruit is on the packaging, then all the traffic lights on his way to work turning green (symbolic), while a car with a dog in the backseat driving past him is an iconic paradigm.
Dumbfounded by all the signs, he challenges more outlandish ones, like animals in his parking spot. Lo and behold, he spots a horse drawn carriage (iconic) and an elephant image on a truck (indexical). On his way to the office, he asks for and surely gets a clown in the elevator (iconic) and finally, he sees âDate Tayoâ (symbolic) printed on the bow of Kaceyâs fedora. The camera then pans out to reveal that those words were the companyâs name and that the signs were everywhere all along. Signs must have context for meaning to be attached to them. Since people from other backgrounds or locations can have different denotations and connotations to the signifier and signified, interpretations may coincide or vary.
Module 4:Â Self in Selfie
Sociologist Stuart Hall lists reflective approach as one of the three concepts in using languageâor in this case, imagesâto represent context or meaning. Here, nuance can lie in an object, personâs idea or experience, or an event and the language or photos used mirror this already existing meaning. However, my selfies are only two-dimensional and do not reflect who I am as a person, complete with my personality, attitudes, beliefs, and even something concrete as my height. A self-taken photo usually only showcases what one considers their best angle, what makes them subjectively look âgoodâ to oneself and maybe potentially others if they plan to publicly post it and these are techniques I use in taking selfies as well.
If I decide to go barefaced or put on makeup, if Iâm wearing something a bit more formal or casual, how the lighting in the place looks, the aesthetic appeal of my background, and which is my âbestâ side are some of the many factors I take into consideration when taking a selfie. And putting in all this effort all for a still image that doesnât begin to scratch the surface of my whole being seems very superficial. It only serves as a visual of my face from a strategically positioned distance and doesnât fully describe or depict me.
