So in a couple weeks I'm going to take acid with my friends. It's not the first time, I took twice 4 years ago. I tend to overanalyze and dissociate alot naturally and with drugs this maximizes, so here I have some personal tips for me, maybe it could be helpful for you too:

Wear comfy/baggy clothes. I tend to feel uncomfortable with my body if I get too self concious, so the best thing that I can do is wear something that I know I'm going to feel safe wearing it.

Bring earphones. This is one of the most important for me. Music with acid feels amazing, and it makes me calm down and feel better if I'm experiencing anxiety or self-conciousness.

DON'T do it in public. The first time I took acid I did it in a park full of children, families and other young persons. It's for me the worst thing to do, could ruin your trip.

Keep yourself hydrated. When I take acid I don't usually feel apetite, but it's super important to drink. Water, a coke, juice (orange juice feels amazing on acid). Also I recommend eating fruit, it's lightweight so you won't feel nauseous and it contains lots of water.
