You got it! Happy Pride Month; Day 3! I think since you listed out two, I'll do both in one post. I'm going to be honest, I haven't heard of acespike until now, but my boyfriend is aceflux so I have more knowledge on that, I believe.

Acespike

Acespike is exactly what it says, with someone on the asexual spectrum having no desire/very little sexual attraction, and then very rarely, will get sudden 'spikes' of sexual desire. The length of time and strength of the spike does in fact depend on the person.

After a little while, the spike goes away and the acespike person will go back to having no desire/very little sexual attraction.

Like how aromantic and asexual people can have preferences despite maybe not being able to feel romantic/sexual desire at all (or very little), acespike people can also, when the arousal does spike, have preferences in gender. So someone who is acespike can be gay, bisexual, lesbian, or other. (I just listed out the three most well-known sexual orientations, there is way more than that.)

Aceflux

An aceflux person is also on the asexual spectrum, and actually will fluctuate between different levels of sexual attraction.

So at one point, the aceflux person might fully be asexual (no sexual attraction), and then after a while fluctuate to something else, like greysexual (very little sexual attraction),

apothisexual (completely ace and hates the idea/wants no part in sex),

allosexual (feels an amount of sexual desire a non-asexual person might feel), and more.

I truly can't list out all of what an aceflux person migh feel at any given point, because the fluctuation/shifts depend on what the person feels, and there's too many different parts of the spectrum to be able to name it all.
