I hate it when objections bit me in the ass while I’m running half naked in the woods trying to save my argument.

A wide white space follows, and then the second paragraph reads "Constituição Estadual" (State Constitution). The whole paragraph has narrow, tall, tightly spaced characters. Its WordArt style is like a water wave, with bright blue fill, thin dark blue outline, and thick solid dark blue outline that is set at an upper right diagonal angle weirdly apart from the main paragraph.

A wider white space follows, and then the third paragraph reads "Diretoria de Área Legislativa / Diretoria de Documentação / Palmas 2002" (Legislative Area Directorate / Documentation Directorate / Palmas 2002). The whole paragraph is in the same WordArt style as the second paragraph, except that its characters are short, wide, and less tightly spaced. Its thick solid dark blue shadow is set much more weirdly apart from the main paragraph such that viewers can tell apart each character in the shadow.
