"Authenticity" has become somewhat of a buzzword these days, and I sadly wonder if it's losing its impact. What I mean when I say it is bringing that unique spark that only you have, letting the world see you for exactly who you are, just as you were made. Buzzword or not, it's still a crucial concept. When you show up in your own light, in all your brilliance and quirkiness and magnificent fullness, the easier it is to SPREAD your light. When you understand who you are and reflect that out, you not only beam out all your bright and bold goodness, but you also hold up a mirror and give a certain sort of permission to those who are still learning to embrace and embody who they are. You expressing yourself matters. When you make known to the world (and to yourself) what you're made of, what you value, what you stand for... well, things in our world change for the better.
