Last winter I traveled to several countries in the land of Kings and Queens, Europe. I knew Corine and Rob through their brother. First time I met Corine was in Maastricht, Holland, then after that I stayed at her house in Belgium. She was very nice yet kind, later on I guess the word kind is to little for her generosity. She has a lot of love to share, once more I learned that some people are having so much love to share, some people born with motherly love and love us even tough we have no blood connection, she listen to me about my journeys, my unbelievable dreams and encourage me to be braver and more optimistic just like a great mother in all TV series I watched. I stayed at her warm house for a while and even tough it was winter it feels so warm. I guess it is the feeling of “accepted” that made me comfortable. 2 weeks in Belgium feels so short, her husband, Rob is a very nice man. He took me to Germany, treat me some beers and invited me to one of his most favorite place in Germany, the place that took my breath away. one thing that’s really2 touching for me, when I was going in a short trip to Luxembourg she packed some food (with my favorite Belgian syrup) it was very sweet for me, and now I know how it feels when someone made us food during our journey, last but not least when I was about to leave to Paris they’re literary wait for my train and accompany me till my train went away. I hug them tight and sincerely I wish I could stay longer, even when I visited brussels and I touched the legendary statue that able to grant our wishes, I only said “I wish to come back to Belgium to meet them” on that time I know that this universe has it’s own way to show us so many things, somehow we didn’t get the love that we wanted but then maybe love comes in so many ways that we never imagined before. I am really thankful to know Corine and Rob, rather than an aunt and an uncle, they’re so much like my mom and dad.
