[4/156 workouts] Before and during photo of my progress on keto. The before photo was my very start of my journey at 317 lbs my Jr. Year of college. I'm now graduated and down 83 lbs! After photo was taken after my workout today. I started off with an ab workout on a mat. Did plank variations, leg raises, abdominal machine, and abdominal Torso rotations. I then did 50 mins of the cardio setting at 154 heart rate to burn some extra calories.
