Mishka enjoyed the company of the girls this arvo! A short walk and a chance meeting with Harriet where Poppy held her hand out for a treat! To quote Dean Martin, “Baby it’s cold outside!🌬❄️ It doesn’t seem to thwart the Maudie and Papa as they carol the new morning! As I continued on my walk, Maudie thought she’d have one more try for a treat and meet me at the paddock gate! Waiting patiently behind the Hawthorn Bushes with the same thought were Harriet and Joon! Joon hung back but bold Harriet landed on the gate while Maudie ignited her! Millie arrived and they turned to walk back through the cemetery with me! There Jimmy, Harriet and Joon made appearances! The oval was like a ice skating rink but doesn’t really show in the photo! The Kookaburras rejoiced from the other side of the oval and a jet was making its finals into Tullamarine! Usually a common sight it’s only the third I’ve seen in weeks! It was so cold when I started out even the “fairies” were frozen! The Hawthorn bushes showed off their glistening jewellery! Nature is amazing! As soon as I came out the front door this morning a little minx flew across my gaze! Harriet you cheeky bird! I again was a little late and the maggies had to be called down!
