These are all pretty advanced as far as being able to keep good form and proper bracing. -First is ab wheel rolls for 10-15 -hanging leg raises (or knees if you can't do all 10 or any) for 10 -Then 20 medicine ball ab slams (these can be done laying down but wanted to utilize trampoline).
