Yet another problem of having chronic pain and being AFAB is that sometimes your bad days coenside with your period so now there’s a pain in your lower abdomen (and also most of your torso in general) and your legs and knees n shit as usual it you can’t tell if the pain in your abdomen is from your period, chronic pain, both or a mysterious third option which could be a horrible illness of some sort that could kill you. I have a bruise where my uterus is (sort of ) and have no idea where it came from and I just noticed it like today (idk if it was there before) so now I don’t know if the weird pain I’m feeling is any of the previous things or like phantom pain or whatever it’s called

Got my meds increased and lasted all of five days before getting depressed again is it A. Work B. The two glasses of wine from last night C. Japan getting eliminated from the world cup
