fascinating, i just looked up what happened to Robert Lussier who played the hilarious assistant of Dr. Schubert on Man From Atlantis. i'm pretty sure i did so before a few years ago and didn't find out what happened to him besides that he apparently hadn't passed away yet. well, turns out he was a character actor with a good career who became a monk and priest in the 80s and died 2019! found a long interview with Father Bob Lussier on youtube and his caretaker even commented under it that he was the most gentle soul she ever met.
