Digital transformation is changing the world. More connections, more technologies, more opportunities. This means that Orange HR has to change too. But how? We asked you for help and you boldly embraced the challenge. Together we held workshops, took surveys and co-created a new single-identity platform using agile principles. Introducing SHARE.
Like Orange, SHARE is optimistic, human and connects people to what is essential to them. SHARE naturally brings people together because sharing has always been a basic human instinct. SHARE helps us be open-minded to the changing world because when we're open to new influences, we discover better solutions to our problems.
But most of all SHARE is about collaboration. Where diverse teams work together both internally and externally to create value through innovation and digital transformation. Collaboration brings SHARE to life. Sharing knowledge as stories, advice or news helps us to create new things together making SHARE a reality. We've already launched the new SHARE newsletter, today is the launch of the SHARE community and a new dedicated SHARE intranet will go live in January, so lots to look forward to. All these tools, and many more, aim to make SHARE easy, direct, simple and fun. Everyone's invited so, Com' on SHARE!
