And here's the issue... something I really fucking should have shared before getting the electrolyte test: I had a high quality electrolyte drink hours before they did the test bc I had no idea I'd be running to the ER for that test.

Regardless, I already know why I'm imbalanced and why I have moderate-high ketone levels. It's from the side effects of my GI meds. : / As for what role it may or may not have played in what happened yesterday and the prozac, I don't know.

My guess is that it exacerbated the prozac effects and that it was worse before I drank the electrolyte drink. To be honest, that was my theory from the very beginning. It's even in the notes EMS took: "concerned about some kind of electrolyte imbalance or something like that" (his exact words 😅).

I don't actually know though. So whatever : /
