ok guys correct me if I'm wrong because I've been playing DND for less than a year but isn't Will technically closer to being a warlock? Because wizards study to gain magic, clerics worship a god (like paladins), sorcerers are innately magical (like it's in their blood), and warlocks draw their magic from a separate more powerful entity (a patron). Like I know it's not exact because he doesn't have like a soul pact or anything but him and Vecna's minds are connected in a way that lets him use Vecna's powers so like of all the classes warlocks seem like the best fit but like I could just be dumb. Also I know this has been mentioned before but like the sorcerer class didn't even exist in 1987 😭like as far as I'm aware its first appearance is in 3rd edition which came out in 2000. uhm also mage isn't a class (Idk if it was at the time tho, all my knowledge comes from 5e), if I were to give Jane a class I'd say sorcerer because it's in her blood cause of the experiments and stuff but also the duffers said if the upside down closed she'd lose her powers (Ik I shouldn't be listening to them cause they're stupid but yk) so if a connection to the mind flayer is neccesary then I could also place her as a warlock but idk none of it translates directly. Anyway uhh Willel magical wonder twins peak as hell I love them they should be allowed to kill people together and have whimsical fun frolicking (and uhh mike can be there I guess, if he behaves) (Also I know everyone has talked about this but the fact he insists that Will is inherently magical is so fucking cute oh my god)
