If Aaravos ever controls me again, if he uses me... promise me you'll kill me. Yes. I promise.

like, you have viren telling his truth (to soren on an in-universe level, but also the audience) and his moment of truth is arguably his choice to withhold that from soren lest it be the shifting of a burden, but you could argue that viren's moment of truth could be anything else in the episode (turning on kpp'ar, assaulting lissa, blaming soren) with varying degrees of effectiveness.

callum (and rayla's) meanwhile is much more straightforward. there's the truth ritual yes, in its cosmic lovey glory, but imo there is no other moment in the episode other than The Moment, which is also why it's when the language codifies alongside it:

CALLUM: Uh, you ever think about moments in your life, and wonder how things might be different if you had just changed one thing? RAYLA: Of course. Is there a specific moment you're thinking about? CALLUM: Uh, yeah. Yes. Yeah. I'm... I'm thinking a lot about the moment you came back after not seeing you for two years. [...] Um, what if we try that moment again?

not only does it invoke kosmo's timeblindness, which is loaded to begin with, but it also picks up and resolves a rayllum thread that's been arguably going since 4x01: half truths.

in 4x01, ezran asks if callum still loves her, and he deflects/avoids the question, even if ezran knows the truth: "wherever she is, she loves you too." callum's avoidance and deflection continues throughout most of season 4 but is resolved in 4x09 with the "i know" scene and him hugging her upon her (second) return.

then we get 5x01, wherein callum makes how he feels about her very clear to the audience and, to a degree, to rayla, but it's one that leaves opeli and the guards out of the loop. we (and rayla) know that the poem begins with "to love is to simply know this: the tides are true as the ocean is deep" but what he quotes is "i know this: the tides are true..." etc.

this is similar in some ways to how rayla approaches him in 5x04. amaya specifically says "love and trust" and that "it is not enough to love someone, you must trust them to share the burdens you carry" yet when she goes to callum, all she talks about is trust.

despite this, they have their mutual "i hope you know—" "i know" exchange and we also get 6x03, wherein they both pine and rayla cries and instead of talking about either of those things, they don't. and then they almost kiss because Obviously, and rayla is asking a why that comes down to "i did it for you (because i love you)" which callum also knows is mutual because he says "you told me to never sacrifice the greater good for one person, no matter who it is" because he's Important to her and he knows it! (which is an important underpinning of him re-accepting that in s4, and he does, but i digress)

and while there are other half-truths persisting in their relationship largely on callum's end (the "i never promised" hanging over all of 6x03; the 7x08 debacle), actually saying out loud that they love each other has been the one simmering underneath everything, and that is the Moment of Truth, because it is their mutual deepest truth that everything else flows from, and accordingly the thing they care about the most in relationship with each other.
