As we sit on the cusp of the 6th generation of Monster Hunter, that means it is finally time for the 5th gen to come to a close.
5th gen was easily the most important and influential generation of Monster Hunter, without it Monster Hunter likely would have still been relegated to a niche game series and wouldn't be one of the biggest juggernauts in gaming franchises it is today. Most of us probably wouldn't be here as a community without it.
Thank you World, thank you Rise.
Thank you Iceborne, thank you Sunbreak.
Thank you Astera and Seliana, thank you Kamura and Elgado.
Thank you Handler, thank you Hinoa, Minoto and Chichae
Thank you Great Jagras to Fatalis, thank you Great Izuchi to Amatsu
Thank you Fifth gen, for making Fivers out of all of us.

I’m dying…
Wow 😯 ... I know we have to be careful, especially since the latest CG and PS photos are getting more and more realistic, but according to some rumours the alleged photographer climbed the wall at SAC and was caught.

Yada Moeka (矢田萌華) — Nogizaka46 6th Gen
she's already my favorite... (i love her)
Tbh if we ever get a "banjo threeie" I don't want it to be an "open zone" style game like Sonic Frontiers, Mario Odyssey and DK Bonanza. Like don't get me wrong I love those games but they just feel too....bloated? Like I don't find myself replaying these games too often because of the sheer amount of content. I prefer shorter games that I can replay over and over instead of games that make a single playthrough feel like a marathon.
I do eventually want to see a Banjo game in that style. Just I think for what they should do for Banjo Kazooie's return is hire a larger indie team or a smaller 3rd party studio to make a 6th generation style banjo game. Like for PS2/GameCube/XBOX cross released on modern systems and have it be a direct follow up to Banjo Tooie. Like have it take place in between the events of Tooie and Nuts and Bolts and have it be in the same style of gameplay as Tooie just with modern QoL features and new creative levels to explore with interconnected quests. While also bringing back the 100 solo notes (that are collected permanently) and mumbo tokens from the first game.
Then if that game sells well enough you can do a modern day "open zone" style Banjo on Switch 2, Xbox Series X and PS5 which takes place 20 years after Nuts and Bolts.
I also would love to see remakes of Kazooie and Tooie similar to the Crash N Sane Trilogy and Spyro Reignited Trilogy but I dont think Microsoft is currently working on that due to releasing both ganes on NSO and the evercade in October (which i am 100% picking up the evercade nexus in October)
