07.31.18 | Day 65 of Productivity- I was doing so well this morning. I was trying to get my sleep schedule back on track so I woke up at 5AM and I stretched, I did 6 minutes of yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️, I played the Mile Higher Podcast, I did a poorly done character analysis of scout from TKAM, I even watched the sunrise( which was beautiful tbh.) however somewhere around 8ish I fell asleep for twoish hours… Hopefully, I’ll do better tomorrow.
